2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed upon successful payment. If payment is declined or incomplete, the order will not be processed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is successful and your order has been processed.

3. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Refunds are not available for the following:
    • Mystery Items/Boxes/Orders (only size exchanges may be possible, subject to stock availability).
    • Gift Cards.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Deductions
  • If your return lowers the total value of your order below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@mateyclothing.co.uk.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund for faulty or incorrect items after verifying the issue.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available up to 30 days after delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and in brand-new condition.
  • Exchange requests can be submitted via our return portal.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
    1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
